Sébastopol Project in Paris, France
NEKO was called in to carry out a complete lighting study and propose an appropriate solution for the renovation of an office space that could be integrated with very different ceiling heights and spaces, in order to launch the work as quickly as possible with a low vacancy rate.
The challenge was to accommodate many employees in open-plan offices, taking account of traffic flow while complying with standards, with benchs of 4 to 6 people equipped with soundproof screens.
With a ceiling height of around 2.7 m, the best solution was to suspend the light lines at 30cm for direct and indirect lighting, with microprismatic diffusers for great visual comfort with a UGR<19 and no reflection on the numerous screens. The choice fell on our DASH Light Line System in the Low Power Version – 50mm wide – black powder-coated finish in 2.40m for 2 desks and 3.60m for 3 desks delivered in one piece.
